Second, cooking destroys most of the sulforaphane in vegetables. And third, the body only absorbs a small fraction of sulforaphane from food. That said, we still encourage plenty of veggies in your child's diet for all their other amazing benefits!

The recommended serving is 2 gummies daily. They can be taken any time of day, with or without food - whatever works best for your family routine.
